Prevention Through Wastewater Monitoring

Aquora began conducting wastewater monitoring in response to COVID-19 early on, rapidly developing logistics, capacity, and application of wastewater monitoring. Since August 2020, Aquora has become part of COVID-19 response groups for residential colleges, manufacturers, and public health departments in multiple states. We conduct and process daily samples from building level to municipal wastewater treatment plant level, and are part of the statewide Michigan & Ohio COVID wastewater testing networks to provide an early-warning system for the presence of the virus.

Wastewater monitoring is as comprehensive as you can get. Aquora provides wastewater monitoring for COVID-19 and other emerging pathogens with same-day results. It allows widespread testing on a daily basis with a small number of samples, without testing individuals. When Aquora identifies spikes in certain areas via wastewater, customers are able to shift their individual testing efforts to those areas to identify individual cases.
